Important Information Regarding Your Order

ORDERING YOUR BOOKS: If you order your books to be "paid at pick up", please let the bookstore associate know that you pre-ordered your books online so we can process the transaction quickly. All textbook orders must be paid for by the end of the first day of classes. Unpaid orders will not be held after this date.

AVAILABILTY: We cannot guarantee the availability of used books. If during the ordering process you select "OK to Substitute" we will substitute a new book if a used is not available. If you select "No Substitutions" no substitutions will be made and we will cancel your order for that item.

SHIPPING: All orders will be shipped via UPS. Please be sure to provide your physical address. Orders with PO boxes or other address are not deliverable by UPS and will be delayed until you provide a physical address.

Due to weight estimations and other restrictions, shipping quotes are estimated. We will contact you if your shipping charge is going to be more than your qoute to obtain permission to ship or cancel. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped; then an additional 2-5 days of transit time.

If you need your order to be processed immediately, please select your desired shipping method with "Priority Processing". Priority Processing guarantees that your order will be shipped the same business day if received before 11:00 am central time Monday - Thursday. We do not offer Saturday delivery. If we are out of stock on any item you will be contacted the same day to discuss alternatives.

Due to a major site improvement scheduled this summer, Fall textbook orders cannot be accepted until July 8. Any order for fall texts entered prior to this date will have to be resubmitted.
